Achy's story
Hello, I’m Achy.
I was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel in the 1960s.
After my military service, I set out to explore the world, and among otherplaces, I lived in New Zealand for two years. There, a different world openedup to me - alternative, deep, and searching for meaning.
When I returned to Israel, I studied various forms of bodywork - medical massage, Shiatsu, the Avi Grinberg Method, body-mind practices, energy work and more - and opened a clinic in the heart of Tel Aviv.
I worked with dancers, artists, performers - people of body and spirit.
It was there that I discovered how deeply touch, listening and presence can influence and heal.

Eleven years of training and practice came to an abrupt halt after a motorcycle accident that left me inactive for a long period.
From there, Imoved into the world of real estate and business.
I built a successful brand and founded two companies — yet something inside me knew that this was not thewhole story. The longing for real human connection, depth and touch neverleft.
I filled that need for many years through volunteering with Magen David Adom (Israel's Red Cross), until I grew tired of the intensity of accident and disaster scenes.

I decided to return to therapy - but realized that classical treatment was nolonger enough for me.
I was searching for something deeper.
When I was ready for the next stage of my journey, I encountered the world of Tantra - and was deeply moved.
For me, it felt like moving from black and white into color. New layers of work opened - dialogue, body awareness, emotion, practice, vulnerability.
I completed an intensive facilitator training at Ma’arg and immersed myself onc eagain in the world of workshops and personal development.
At that point, I understood that I didn’t only want to facilitate workshops — I wanted to live within this kind of energy.
A space where people truly meet - speak honestly, open up, grow, soften, and strengthen together.
This is how the idea of SHEVET was born.

I left Israel and spent a year searching for a place in the world to build it.
When I arrived in a small village in north-west Crete, at a house overlooking the sea, the green hills and the snow-capped mountains - I knew this was wheremy dream would take shape.
Two years of determination and hope, disappointments and challenges, obstacles and solutions passed before Shevet finally stood on its own.
The path was not simple. There were changes, compromises, and lessons in precision.
I realized that what I was seeking was not scale, but depth.
Not an impressiveidea, but a living space that allows true human connection.

And during this meaningful journey, I met an extraordinary woman from Finland.
Our connection was immediate and profound - the kind you don’t argue with.
Two souls who had walked long and deep journeys, and when they met, understood they were meant to walk together.
We realized that the path we walked and the gifts we gathered were meant to be shared.
Shevet is our expression of that choice.

“SHEVET” means Tribe - a group of people connected through sharedvalues, belonging and identity.
Not a brand, but a home.
Not a business, but a way of life.
Together, we have created a space where you can pause, feel, discover, and grow.
A space that welcomes and supports.
Where you can be exactly who you are.
Where more love, more truth, and deeper connection are invited.
A place that is both us and you.
Welcome to SHEVET.
